4 cups canned, chopped Tomatoes
1 ½ cups gluten-free vegetable stock

Preparation steps

Heat the oil in a saucepan set over a medium heat until hot. Add the onion, garlic, celery, and a pinch of salt, sweating for 5 minutes until softened.
