- salt
- 2 sprigs Basil
- 150 grams Tuna (canned)
- 50 grams Créme legére
- peppers
- 80 grams grated Emmentaler cheese
Preparation steps
1.
Halve the potatoes and cook in salt water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain the potatoes and hollow out into a boat shape. Set the hollowed-out potatoes cut side up in a baking dish.
2.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).
3.
Rinse the basil, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips. Drain the tuna and tear into small pieces. Mix the tuna with the potato, pastry cream and basil. Season with salt and pepper.
