Preparation steps

Halve the potatoes and cook in salt water for about 15 minutes, until tender. Drain the potatoes and hollow out into a boat shape. Set the hollowed-out potatoes cut side up in a baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (approximately 400°F).

Rinse the basil, shake dry and cut the leaves into strips. Drain the tuna and tear into small pieces. Mix the tuna with the potato, pastry cream and basil. Season with salt and pepper. Pour the mixture into the hollowed-out potatoes and sprinkle with the cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve with a salad, if desired.
