Savory Melon Salad
Rinse and finely chop the chile pepper. Mix together lime juice, salt, oil, chile pepper pieces and sugar. Cut mozzarella into small pieces and mix with the marinade. Chill for about 30 minutes.
Peel, core and cut the mellons into bite-size pieces. Rinse and finely chop celery. Peel and finely grate carrot.
Toss together melons, celery and carrots with marinated mozzarella and serve.
