Savory Melon Cucumber Salad
- 1 Galia melon (500 grams)
- 100 grams red Cherry tomatoes
- 120 grams Cucumber
- 1 red chile pepper
- 1 Watercress
Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds with a spoon and scoop the flesh of the melon with a melon baller. Rinse the tomatoes and cut in half. Rinse the cucumber and cut into sticks of about 6 cm (approximately 2 1/4 inch) in length and 0.5 cm (approximately 1/4 inch) wide. For the chile, remove the stalks and seeds and cut into thin rings. Place these ingredients with the watercress, chicory and radicchio in a large bowl.
For the sauce, stir the ingredients together in a bowl. Pour over the salad and let stand for 10 minutes.
