40 grams semi-dried Tomatoes
2 sprigs Tarragon
3 eggs
150 grams Pastry flour
1 packet Baking powder
100 milliliters Peanut oil
100 milliliters milk
salt

butter (for the mold)

Preparation steps

1.

Preheat the oven to 160°C (approximately 325°F) convection.

Cut the chicken and tomatoes into small pieces. Rinse the tarragon, shake dry and chop the leaves.

3.

Break the eggs into a bowl and then mix in the flour and baking powder. Add the oil and milk, season with salt and pepper and then fold in the chicken, tomatoes and tarragon. Transfer to the prepared pan and bake for around 45 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Serve with a green salad and Parmesan, if desired.
