500 grams small onions
1 Tbsp clarified butter
4 Pear
1 tsp powdered sugar
12 Italian sausage
5 sprigs marjoram
2 Tbsps butter
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Peel onions and slice. Melt butter in a pan and fry onions for 2-3 minutes. Rinse pears, quarter and remove core, and add to the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and let brown slightly while stirring occasionally for about 2 minutes. Then add sausages, marjoram and butter, fry everything over low heat for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy and season with salt and pepper.

Serve on small, preheated plates.

Serve with mashed potatoes if desired.
