- 4 Tbsps clarified butter
- 8 Pearl onion
- 8 small Italian sausage (Salsiccia)
- 5 small, firm Pear (quartered and cored)
- 3 sprigs oregano
- coarse Sea salt

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the clarified butter in a pan and fry the onions for 2-3 minutes until light brown. Then add the sausages and the pears and fry on all sides for 5-6 minutes until golden.

Stir in the oregano, season with salt and ground black pepper and serve immediately.
