1 carrot
4 medium-sized Pickled cucumbers
4 Tbsps Wine vinegar
2 Tbsps Pickling liquid
3 Tbsps vegetable oil

Preparation steps

1.

Remove the skin of the sausage and cut into thin strips. Peel the carrot. Cut the carrot and the pickles into thin strips. Mix both with the sausage in a bowl.

Mix the wine vinegar with the pickle water, oil and sugar and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the sausage mixture and let stand 1 hour.

3.

Add the chives, season to taste and serve with fresh bread, if desired.
