Preparation steps

1.

Remove the meat from the rind, shred into small pieces, mix with vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Blanch the tomatoes, peel and cut into small cubes. Sauté the garlic in oil, add the tomatoes, cook briefly and mix into the meat mixture.

Cut the rolls in half crosswise, spread the meat on the bottom, top each with a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato and bun tops. Arrange on plates, cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
