- 6 new potatoes
- salt
- 150 grams green Beans
- 1 onion
- 4 Beefsteak tomato
- 2 cans Tuna (in water)
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsps Sour cream
- 2 Tbsps White vinegar
- salt
- peppers
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the potatoes and cook for about 25 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and cut into cubes.
2.
Rinse beans, trim and cut diagonally into slices. Peel the onion and dice finely. Cook the beans in boiling salted water for 6 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooking, add the diced onions. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
3.
Rinse the tomatoes, cut in half, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Drain the tuna and flake into small pieces.
4.
Mix all ingredients with the mayonnaise, sour cream and vinegar in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve in bowls.
