- 100 grams Serrano ham
- 4 Figs
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 60 grams shaved Parmesan
- olive oil (to taste)

Preparation steps

Rinse and dry the lettuce. Trim and tear into bite-sized pieces. Transfer to plates, and top with the sliced ham and quartered figs.
