- thyme

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse and dry the figs. Cut into halves or quarters, depending on the size. Place a sprig of thyme on each fig, then wrap with a slice of ham. Skewer with the popsicle sticks, and serve as a small appetizer.

Alternately you can sauté the wrapped figs in butter, if you'd like.
