9 ozs mixed Lettuce (such as iceberg lettuce hearts, watercress)
6 Figs
7 ozs Goat cheese
8 slices ham
2 Tbsps Thyme honey
2 Tbsps lemon juice
4 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant. Remove from the heat and coarsely chop.

Rinse the lettuce, wipe with a paper towel, and spin dry. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Wipe the figs and cut into wedges. Coarsley crumble the goat cheese. Julienne the ham.

3.

For the vinaigrette, mix the honey with the lemon juice and oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 

4.

Mix the lettuce with the goat cheese, ham, and figs. Divide onto 4 plates, drizzle with the vinaigrette, and sprinkle with the nuts.
