- 1 sheet Puff pastry (quartered, thawed if frozen)
- 2 onions (finely sliced into rings)
- 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan
- ¾ cup dry-cured ham diced (e. g. schinkenspeck)
- 2 eggs
- ⅜ cup milk
- ⅔ cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 2 large Apple (cut into thin wedges)

Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 170°C (150°C in a fan oven), 350°F, gas 4.
2.
Brush four oven-proof dishes (approx. 12 cm in diameter) with butter and line each with a sheet of puff pastry.
3.
Mix together the onions, parmesan, ham, eggs, milk and breadcrumbs. Divide this between the pastry cases and top with the apple wedges. Bake in the oven for approx. 30 minutes until golden brown.
