400 grams Beets
250 grams lamb's lettuce
1 red onion
250 grams red Grape
300 grams Goat cheese
3 Tbsps balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
6 Tbsps olive oil
1 Tbsp Caper
salt
freshly ground peppers

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse beetroot and steam for about 35 minutes. Remove outer peel, let cool and cut into pieces. Rinse and trim lamb's lettuce and drain well.

2.

Peel onion, cut in half and then into strips. Rinse and halve grapes. Crumble goat cheese.

3.

Distribute all prepared salad ingredients onto plates. Combine balsamic vinegar with lemon juice, honey and olive oil. Add capers and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad and serve.
