250 grams cooked tubular pasta (drained and cooled)
300 grams cooked fish fillets (such as cod)
100 grams white Grape
100 grams blue Grape
50 grams Corn kernel (drained)
4 Iceberg lettuce
salt
white peppers
4 Tbsps Remoulade
2 Tbsps lemon juice
1 Tbsp grapeseed oil

Preparation steps

1.

Mix lemon juice with salt, pepper and grapeseed oil. Rinse lettuce and tear into bite-sized pieces. Cut grapes in half and scrape out seeds.

Cut fish into pieces. Combine pasta with lettuce, grapes and corn. Marinate covered in the refrigerator to allow pasta to absorb the dressing, about 30 minutes .

3.

Gently fold in fish. Arrange salad on plates and top each with a dollop of tartar sauce before serving.
