- 2 handfuls parsley (about 50 grams)
- 2 Anchovy fillet
- 2 Tbsps Caper
- 5 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- salt
- peppers
- 1 handful lamb's lettuce
- 1 handful Fresh herbs (e.g., basil)
- 2 red-skinned Apple
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 40 grams Walnut
- 70 grams Camembert

Preparation steps
1.
For the salsa verde: Rinse parsley, shake leaves dry, and chop. Chop the anchovies and capers, and stir into parsley and oil. Season with vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Rinse and dry the salad leaves and herbs. Rinse the apples, cut into quarters, remove cores, and cut into thin wedges. Sprinkle immediately with lemon juice.
3.
Toast nuts over high heat in a hot pan without fat until fragrant. Remove and chop coarsely.
4.
Cut Camembert into thin slices.
5.
Mix salad leaves and herbs with apple slices, nuts, and Camembert in a bowl. Mix with salsa verde and serve.
