- For the dough
- 4 Tbsps Rum
- 100 grams raisins
- 250 grams softened butter
- 250 grams fine sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 sm package ground saffron
- 3 eggs
- 500 grams Pastry flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 125 milliliters milk
- For dusting
- powdered sugar

Preparation steps
1.
Soak raisins in warm rum for 15 minutes.

Beat butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, vanilla sugar, saffron and egg. Combine Mix flour and baking powder and fold into butter mixture. Stir milk into dough, then add raisins.
3.
Pour dough into a bundt pan that has been greased with butter and dusted with flour. Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (approximately 350°F) for about 1 hour.
4.
Remove and let cool for 10-15 minutes. Release onto a wire rack and let cool. Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
