- ⅜ cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups Meat stock
- 7 ozs canned Tomatoes
- 2 Tbsps tomato puree
- 1 bay leaf
- black peppercorns

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 Small knife, 1 Measuring cups, 1 Pot mit Deckel, 1 Tablespoon, 1 Non-stick pan, 1 Slotted spatula, 1 Wooden spoon, 1 Baking sheet, 1 Parchment paper, 1 Potato masher, 1 Fine grater
Preparation steps
1.
Heat the oven to 150°C (130° fan) 300°F gas 2.

Heat the oil in a flameproof casserole dish and brown the meat in batches. Remove and set aside.
3.
Add the onion, leeks and celery to the dish and cook for 5 minutes.
4.
Add the remaining ingredients with the meat and stir well.
5.
Cover and cook for 2-2 1/2 hours until the meat is tender.
