- 200 grams Bologna sausage
- 200 grams Smoked pork chop
- 250 grams potatoes
- 2 onions
- 4 Tbsps butter
- 200 grams cooked Beef
- 2 Tbsps Tomato paste
- 1 ½ Broth
- 4 Pickled cucumbers
- 1 Red Bell pepper
- 1 yellow Bell pepper
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tsps small Caper
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- sweet ground paprika
- sugar
- 1 organic lemon
- 4 Tbsps Whipped cream
- Dill (for garnishing)
Preparation steps

Cut sausages, beef and smoked pork into strips. Peel potatoes and cut into cubes. Peel onions and cut into strips. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute onions. Add sausages, beef and smoked pork, saute briefly. Add tomato paste and deglaze pan with broth. Cut pickles into strips.

Rinse bell peppers, halve and remove seeds and ribs, dice. Add peppers, bay leaved and potatoes to the pot. Simmer for about 30 minutes. Add capers and season with salt, pepper, paprika and sugar, add half of sour cream an dmix well. Rinse lemon in hot water and slice. Pour stew into bowls and garnish each with 1 slice of lemon, dollops of sour cream and dill.
