- 400 grams Penne
- salt
- 150 grams Peas (frozen)
- 150 grams Bacon
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 Tbsps olive oil
- 150 milliliters Vegetable broth
- 50 grams Crème fraiche
- freshly ground peppers
- freshly grated Cheese (such as Parmesan and Pecorino)

Preparation steps
1.
Cook penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. During last 2 minutes, add peas.

Cut bacon into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic and bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add broth and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Add creme fraiche and season with salt and pepper. Add drained pasta and peas, toss and arrange on plates. Sprinkle with freshly grated cheese and serve.
