4 sprigs thyme
5 garlic cloves
6 Tbsps olive oil

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse, halve and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Rinse the thyme, shake dry and chop coarsely. Peel the garlic, cut into thin slices and fry with 1 tablespoon olive oil in a hot pan until golden.

Coat a roasting pan with the remaining oil and add the tomatoes, skin-side down. Sprinkle with toasted garlic and thyme and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 15-20 minutes in a preheated oven at  200°C (approximately 400°F).
