300 grams mixed Lettuce (e.g. Oakleaf, Lollo Biaco, radicchio)
Pineapple
2 tsps vegetable oil
salt
cayenne pepper
2 Tbsps honey
200 grams Yogurt (3.5% fat)
Juice of 1/2 Oranges
1 pinch Chili powder

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse lettuces and spin dry. Peel pineapple and cut into very thin slices.

2.

Heat a large nonstick skillet. Transfer pineapple slices to the pan and drizzle with oil. Season with one pinch of salt and cayenne pepper to taste. Add 1 tablespoon honey and toss with pineapple slices.

3.

Mix yogurt with orange juice and remaining honey. Season with salt, cayenne pepper and chili powder.

4.

Plate lettuce and pineapple and drizzle with dressing before serving.
