Watermelon (cut into approx. 1/4)

Salad mix (e. g. chicory, arugula, leafy green, spinach)
1.333 cups
Feta cheese (sliced)

Preparation steps

1.
Whisk together the vinegar, lemon juice, 4 tbsp oil, the honey and the mustard, and season to taste with sea salt and chilli.
2.
Drizzle the watermelon with the remaining oil. Season lightly with salt and grill on a hot barbecue or griddle pan on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
3.
Mix the salad leaves with the dressing and arrange on plates with the feta. Add the melon pieces and serve.
