- 600 grams trimmed Smoked pork loin
- 9 cloves
- 5 bay leaves
- 125 milliliters sherry
- 250 milliliters clear Beef broth (instant)
- 2 Apple (Russet)
- 1 onion
- 500 grams Sauerkraut
- 1 Tbsp Ginger jam
Preparation steps

Place the pork tenderloins in a roasting pan, put the cloves and bay leaves over it, and roast in a preheated oven at 200°C (fan: 180°C, gas mark 3) (approximately 400°F) for 50 minutes. Pour in the sherry and beef broth after 20 minutes, and continue roasting.

Peel the apples, quarter and remove seeds. Peel the onion and dice. Add the onion, apples and shredded sauerkraut to the pork tenderloins, stir in the ginger jam, and finish roasting.

Take out the roasting pan from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the pork tenderloins into slices and serve with sauerkraut. Serve as desired with boiled potatoes.
