3 ripe Nectarine
1 tsp Vanilla sugar
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the raspberries and set 12 aside for the garnish. Rinse a nectarine and cut out 4 columns for the garnish.

2.

Blanch the nectarines in boiling water for about 1 minute, rinse in cold water and remove the pits. Puree the nectarines, raspberries and vanilla sugar.

3.

Mix the yogurt and milk. Pour the fruit puree and yogurt mixture into glasses and stir briefly. Serve garnished with raspberries and nectarines.
