Radishes with Anchovy Butter
Rinse and trim the radishes, leaving a tiny but of the green stems, then halve. Mash the anchovies with a fork. Finely chop the capers, and mix with the anchovies and butter. Mix until smooth, then season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Divide the radish onto plates, and top with a small amount of the anchovy butter. Serve the rest of the butter on the sides.
