Preparation steps

Rinse the anchovies, pat dry, and finely chop.

Beat the butter with a hand mixer until creamy. Mix in the anchovies and herbs. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Form into a roll and wrap in aluminum foil. Chill for 2 hours in the refrigerator before using.
