- 1 bunch Radish
- 1 small Daikon radish
- 1 bunch Cress
- 1 Apple
- For the dressing
- 3 Tbsps Yogurt
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 3 Tbsps vegetable oil
- freshly ground pepper

Preparation steps
1.
For the salad: Trim the radishes, rinse and cut into matchsticks. Peel the daikon radish and thinly slice. Rinse the apple, cut into quarters, core and thinly slice. Rinse the cress. Arrange the salad ingredients on a serving plate. For the dressing: Whisk the yogurt, lemon juice and oil together and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle over the salad to serve.
