- Ingredients
- 5 Apple
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- 150 grams Radish
- 100 grams Mayonnaise
- 100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 1 tsp spicy Mustard
- salt
- freshly ground peppers
- 4 scallions
Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the apples, pat dry, and remove the core. Cut 4 of the apples horizontally into 3 mm (approximately 1/10 of an inch) thick slices. Place the apple slices on large plates and brush with a little lemon juice.
2.
Julienne the fifth apples. Rinse and trim the radishes. Quarter half of the radishes, and finely dice the other half. Mix the julienned apples and diced radishes in a bowl. Mix in the yogurt and mustard, then season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spread the mixture over the sliced apples, then top with the quartered radishes. Rinse and trim the scallions, then thinly slice on a bias. Sprinkle the scallions over the salad, and serve.
