- 3 tart Apple
- 250 grams Daikon radish
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 50 grams Walnut
- 150 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
- 5 Tbsps milk
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 2 tsps grated Horseradish
- 2 Tbsps lemon juice
- salt
- white peppers
- ½ bunch parsley
Preparation steps

Rinse the apples and pat dry. Quarter the apples, remove the core, and cut into thin slices. Peel and thinly slice the radish. Drizzle the apple and radish slices with lemon juice immediately. Coarsely chop the walnuts, then mix with the apples and radish.

Mix the yogurt with milk until smooth, then stir in the mustard lemon juice, and horseradish. Season strongly with salt and pepper, then mix in the parsley. Mix the sauce into the salad, and stir until thoroughly combined. Garnish the salad with parsley, and serve immediately.
