400 grams Hokkaido pumpkin
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
400 grams Ground beef
salt
freshly ground peppers
2 tsps Curry powder
200 milliliters Orange juice
200 milliliters Whipped cream
350 grams macaroni
soy sauce
cayenne pepper

Preparation steps

Rinse pumpkin, halve and remove seeds and fibers. Cut (unpeeled) pumpkin into approximately 2 x 2 cm (approximately 3/4 x 3/4 inch) cubes.

Heat oil in a saucepan and cook ground beef until crumbly. Season well with salt and pepper. Add pumpkin and saute for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with curry powder and add vegetable broth, orange juice and cream. Bring to a boil, add noodles and cook until tender. Stir occasionally. Season with soy sauce and cayenne pepper. Serve.
