Preparation steps

1.

Boil the potatoes in salted water. Pour out the water and let the potatoes cool. Peel and cube the potatoes. Heat oil in a pan.

Put the potatoes, cumin, generous black pepper, chili and salt in the pan and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat while stirring. Add the sesame seeds and fry for 1 more minute. Add salt if necessary and serve garnished with chillies.
