1 tsp freshly grated ginger
2 Tbsps freshly chopped cilantro
1 egg
500 grams Ground meat (pork)
50 grams Rice flour
salt

vegetable oil (for frying)

Preparation steps

Peel and finely chop garlic. In a bowl, combine garlic, ginger, cilantro, egg and ground meat. Add enough rice flour to make the mixture hold together. Season with salt and pepper. Form the mixture into about 16 small meatballs. Roll meatballs in remaining rice flour. In batches, fry meatballs in hot oil until golden-brown, 3-4 minutes. Drain on paper towels and roll in sesame seeds. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with chile peppers.

Garnish with lime wedges and serve as a small dish or appetizer.
