Preparation steps

Cut the chorizo ​​into thin slices. Rinse, peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Peel and halve the onion and cut into strips.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in an ovenproof skillet and saute the chorizo until lightly crisped and brown, about 2 minutes. Add the potato slices and onion strips and saute, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are cooked through, 10-15 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (approximately 350°F).
