2 Tbsps vegetable oil
½ tsp Curry powder
800 milliliters Vegetable broth

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, celery, onion, leek and garlic and trim ends. Rinse and chop vegetables. Sauté together briefly in hot oil, then stir in the curry powder and deglaze with the broth. Season with salt and pepper, add the marjoram sprigs and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.

2.

Season again with salt and pepper, remove the marjoram branches, transfer to plates or bowls and serve sprinkled with fresh marjoram.
