- 600 grams potatoes
- 300 grams Leeks
- 40 grams butter
- 750 grams Vegetable broth
- 100 grams Bacon
- 2 onions
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- marjoram
- 200 milliliters Whipped cream
- salt
- peppers
- Nutmeg

Preparation steps
1.
Peel potatoes and dice. Rinse leeks and cut into rings. Heat butter in a saucepan and saute potatoes and leeks for a few minutes. Add broth to the pan and simmer, covered, for about 20 minutes.

Finely chop bacon. Peel onions and dice finely. Heat oil in a pan and cook bacon until crispy, add onions and saute, stirring, for a few minutes. Rinse and shake dry marjoram, pluck off leaves and chop.
3.
Add cream to the soup and puree with an immersion blender until creamy, season well with salt, pepper, nutmeg and marjoram. Pour into soup bowls and serve sprinkled with bacon and onion cubes.
