500 grams starchy potatoes
1 bunch Soup vegetables (such as carrot, leek, parsnip or other aromatic vegetables such as celery or onion)
750 milliliters fish stock
250 milliliters water
100 grams Whipped cream
salt (and white pepper)
200 grams Salmon (thinly sliced)
Dill (for garnish)

Preparation steps

1.

Peel the potatoes, rinse and dice into small cubes. Rinse soup vegetables, trim and chop. Put the vegetables, fish stock and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer covered for about 20 minutes. Then puree the soup with an immersion blender. Stir in cream. Season with salt and pepper. Heat again for 1 minute.

Cut the salmon into strips.

Ladle soup into hot bowls, distribute salmon on the soup and garnish with dill.
