400 grams Crème fraiche

Preparation steps

1.

Rinse the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for 20-25 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and peel.

2.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and fry in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil until crispy. Rinse, shake dry and cut the chives into rings. Stir the creme fraiche, then season with salt and pepper.

3.

Halve or quarter the potatoes, distribute on plates, drizzle on the creme fraiche and serve sprinkled with bacon and chives.
