100 milliliters warm Beef broth (or vegetable broth)
1 tsp sharp Mustard
2 Tbsps Wine vinegar
3 Tbsps sunflower oil
1 pinch sugar

Preparation steps

Step 1

Rinse the potatoes and steam for about 30 minutes. Cool slightly, peel and slice. Place in a bowl.

Peel and finely chop the onion. Rinse the parsley and chervil, shake dry, pluck and chop. Mix the parsley, chervil and chives.
