5 large, waxy potatoes
2 scallions

400 milliliters Whipped cream
250 grams freshly grated Parmesan

Preparation steps

1.

 Peel and rinse potatoes, slice thinly.  Rinse and dry scallions, chop finely. Butter casserole pan and arrange potato slices in one layer in the pan.  

2.

Sprinkle with some scallions and pour some cream over. Sprinkle with some Parmesan and season with salt and pepper, repeat layers until all ingredients are used. Bake in preheated oven at 160°C (approximately 325°F) for about 1-1 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
