800 grams potatoes
250 grams red Lentils
150 grams Feta
2 scallions
100 grams Oats
salt
freshly ground peppers
Nutmeg
200 grams Lettuce
½ bunch Radish
3 Tbsps lemon juice
1 tsp Mustard
3 Tbsps vegetable oil
3 Tbsps vegetable oil (for cooking)

Preparation steps

Peel coarsely grate potatoes. Simmer lentils in water for 10 minutes. Drain lentils and mix with potatoes. Dice feta. Rinse and thinly slice scallions. Add feta and scallions to potato mixture. Add Oats. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Heat some oil in a pan. Shape potato mixture into patties and cook in hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and place in an oven preheated to approximately 150°F to keep warm.

Rinse and shred lettuce. Rinse and thinly slice radishes. Combine lemon juice, mustard and oil. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle over lettuce and radishes.

Plate potato cakes and serve with salad.

Thanks for catching that omission! Add oats right after adding scallions. The recipe has been corrected.
 
I have just been reading the recipe for Potatoe and lentil cakes. I have a question. What do I do with the oats. It mentions them in the ingredients but nothing in the recipe. Please reply.
