- 200 grams Oats
- 600 milliliters milk
- 2 tsps Bourbon vanilla powder
- 2 Tbsps raisins
- 800 grams ripe Apricot
- Agave syrup

Preparation steps
1.
Bring milk with vanilla sugar and oatmeal to a boil and simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 15-20 minutes or until oats are tender.
2.
If necessary, add a little more milk. Pour porridge into two bowls.
3.
Soak raisins in warm water and drain.
4.
Rinse apricots, blanch in boiling water and peel, halve and pit. Combine apricots with 80 ml (approximately 1/3 cup) of water and 4 tablespoons of agave syrup in a saucepan and simmer, covered, for 2-3 minutes. Cool.
5.
Top porridge with apricots and raisins and serve.
