For the porridge
50 grams Spelt
1 ripe Banana
1 tsp lemon juice
100 grams Yogurt (0.1% fat)
1 Tbsp Nutritional yeast
To garnish
Banana (and some blueberries and raspberries)

Preparation steps

1.

For the porridge, boil the flour briefly with 50 ml of water (approximately 1/4 cup) in a pot and then leave to cool. Cover and leave overnight in the refrigerator.

2.

Peel the banana and purée with the lemon juice, yogurt and yeast flakes. Mix into the porridge and distribute into bowls.

To garnish, serve with slices of banana, blueberries and raspberries.
