- 600 grams Pork (such as shoulder or leg)
- 200 grams Tofu
- 4 scallions
- 250 grams green Beans
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsps Rice wine
- Fish sauce
- Chili powder

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the meat, pat dry and cut into small pieces. Cut the tofu into cubes.
2.
Rinse, trim and cut the scallions into rings. Rinse, trim and blanch the green beans for about 8 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain.
3.
Peel garlic and finely chop.
4.
Cook the meat with the ginger and garlic in hot oil for 2-3 minutes while stirring. Add the green beans and scallions, tofu, rice wine, 2-3 tablespoons of fish sauce and some water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5.
Season with fish sauce and chili powder and serve.
6.
Serve with rice, as desired.
