- 600 grams Pork loin
- 1 pc ginger (about 3 cm)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 5 Tbsps soy sauce
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
- 250 grams String bean
- 250 grams Green beans
- salt
- 3 Tbsps sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp freshly chopped cilantro

Preparation steps

Rinse the pork loin, pat dry and cut into about 1.5 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) cubes. Peel the ginger and cut into strips. Peel and mince the garlic. Combine ginger, garlic, honey, 5 tablespoons of soy sauce and cayenne pepper to taste, mix well and pour marinade over the pork. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, rinse beans and cook in boiling salted water for about 6-8 minutes. Then rinse in cold water, drain and cut into about 2 cm (approximately 3/4 inch) pieces.

In hot oil, sear the pork for about 3-4 minutes on each side. When pork is done, mix in the beans and cilantro and season with soy sauce. Servce in a bowl.
