- 6 potatoes (600 grams)
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 1 small rosemary
- 4 stalks thyme
- 250 grams Pork tenderloin
- Salt freshly ground pepper
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Salami
- 1 Tbsp butter (and oil)
- 2 slices Gouda (50 grams)
- Wooden skewer
Preparation steps

Peel, rinse and slice potatoes. Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan and cook potatoes for 20-25 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, add herbs to the pan and mix well.

Cut pork into pieces and season with salt and pepper. Rinse tomatoes. Thread meat, salami and tomatoes on oiled wooden skewers. Heat oil and butter in a pan and cook skewers for about 6 minutes, turning often. Cut gouda into strips and place onto skewers, cover and let cheese melt for about 2-3 minutes.

Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Arrange potatoes and pork skewers on plates and serve.
