- 1 garlic clove
- salt
- 1 sprig Tarragon
- 3 Tbsps Mustard
- 2 Tbsps Canola oil

1 Cutting board, 1 Large knife, 1 large Bowl, 1 Tablespoon, 8 Metal skewers, 1 Small bowl
Preparation steps
1.

Rinse pork, pat dry and cut into 2 cm (approximately 3/4-inch) cubes.
2.

Peel garlic. Sprinkle with a little salt and crush with the side of a large knife.
3.

Rinse tarragon, shake dry, pluck leaves and cut into fine strips.
4.

In a bowl, mix garlic with tarragon and mustard oil.
5.

Toss in pork to coat, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (to marinate).
6.

Thread the pork cubes on 8 skewers and grill on the hot grill for 6-8 minutes. Serve hot.
