- 300 grams Roasted pork (sliced)
- 8 Cherry tomatoes
- 8 scallions
- salt
- peppers
- 4 Tbsps chopped parsley
- cold-pressed olive oil
- 8 Wooden skewers
- 1 Sesame baguette

Preparation steps
1.
Rinse the tomatoes and pat dry. Remove the green parts of the scallions, rinse and pat dry. Skewer the pork, tomatoes and scallions onto the wooden skewers. Sear on all sides in a grill pan or under the broiler. Mix 4 tablespoons oil with the parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Slice the baguette diagonally into pieces, cut in half crosswise and grill (or broil) the cut-sides until toasted. Drizzle with oil and season with salt. Arrange the skewers over the bread and sprinkle with the parsley-oil mixture. Serve immediately.
