1 Tbsp sesame oil
3 shallots (minced)
1 clove garlic cloves (minced)
2 Tbsps minced Lemongrass
2 Tbsps Oyster sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 tsp sugar
24 ozs Pork shoulder
salt (to taste)

Preparation steps

1.
Soak 30 bamboo skewers in warm water for 30 minutes.
2.
In a small bowl, combine the oils, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
3.
Cut the pork shoulder into 3” strips, 1” – 2” wide and 1/8” thick. Thread the pork onto the skewers.
4.
Heat an outdoor grill at high heat.
5.
Brush both sides of the pork with the marinade and season with salt. Grill skewered pork until done, about 2-3 minutes each side.
